The Space Station
IITK is like a space station!
Drifting miles away in the middle of nowhere.
The spinning keeps us off center
And away from one another.
IITK is like a space station!
With all communication lines cut off,
The spinning makes me dizzy
And numbs my senses.
IITK is like a space station!
Not the sound of traffic here,
Or of music and laughter.
Just the stillness of outer space,
And the emptiness in my head.
